Public Agreement

Basic conditions:
Thebox.am (THEBOX LTD, АВХХ 08276384, address: Yerevan, Davitashen 3rd quarter, building 11/7) and its affiliates (hereinafter: “We”, “Our” or “Us”) Thebox.am represents an online trading platform, including, among other things, the basic conditions for transactions through the Site: purchase of goods, delivery, payment and other operations on the Thebox.am website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). The terms of this Public Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) are intended to regulate relations with clients and may be updated by Thebox.am at its discretion. Thebox.am is an online platform that sells exclusively Armenian products for women, with a delivery service for purchased goods.
1. Basic concepts used in the contract
Public Agreement: agreement between Thebox.am and the Client regarding the use of the Site and payment for the Products/Services provided by Us.
User or User or Client (hereinafter: “You”, “Your”, “Your”) is an individual who has signed an Agreement with Thebox.am for the use of the Website, on the terms previously announced and determined by Thebox. I make payments for goods and services provided.
Partner or service provider: a legal entity or individual entrepreneur who has entered into an agreement with Thebox.am in exchange for goods sold and/or work performed and/or services provided.
The Seller or Thebox.am, an online platform offering Products and/or Services specifically for women.
Website: a website presenting the Products and/or Services offered by Thebox.am, registered under the same domain address thebox.am.
Promotion: an event conducted by Thebox.am aimed at selling the offered Goods and/or Services, during which discounts are provided on certain types of goods, works or services.
Promotion period: the period during which Thebox.am offers Users the opportunity to purchase Products and/or Services under special conditions.
Payment: Fulfillment of a monetary obligation or other payment by Users.
2. User rights and obligations
The user has the right:
Use all products, works and services available on the Site in accordance with the Terms of Use of the Site.
Send complaints and complaints both electronically and in paper form to the postal addresses and email addresses posted in the “Feedback” section of the Site.
Give recommendations on the quality of services provided under the State contract.
The user must:
To properly fulfill the obligations set out in the Public Contract and on the Site, provide thebox.am with reliable personal data and information necessary for the purchase of goods, works and services under the Public Contract,
When using the site, follow the rules for using the site, strictly maintain the confidentiality of information disclosed and exchanged within the framework of the Public Agreement, otherwise it is subject to liability in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
3. Intellectual property rights
User acknowledges and agrees that all materials (other than customer comments) on the Site, including, but not limited to, text, software, graphics or non-graphics, sound recordings, music, video clips, interactive features and similar materials (collectively, "Materials") , as well as the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or licensed by thebox.am and are subject to copyright and intellectual property rights protection in accordance with international conventions and national laws.
When partially or fully quoting information from the site, as well as advertising materials, a link to the site is required.
The site presents goods, works and services that are the property of thebox.am and its affiliated partners.
The Site Materials are provided solely for the personal use of the visitor and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, licensed or otherwise exploited for any purpose without the prior written consent of the owners of such Materials.
thebox.am is a registered trademark. The Visitor and/or User has no right to use, copy, translate and/or distribute the thebox.am trademark without permission. If a visitor is interested in information on the Site, he can contact Us according to the Site in the “Feedback” section.
